The Friends currently comprise
over 80 members all except 10 living within the United Parish
of Swingfield, Acrise and Hawkinge, the remaining 10 have strong
connections with the Church or relatives interred in the Churchyard.
The Constitution (copy available on request)
provides for a Management Committee of 12 members with an elected
Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer, monthly Committee
meetings and an AGM at which Accounts are submitted and officers
elected.
Subsidiary Committees can be set up as required and approved.
All activities and procedures to
be carried out in accordance with the groups Constitution and
current Charity Commission rules.
